This class is for our Adult and Elders who want to do something active and low impact to help keep their minds sharp and improve all around health and wellness. This class focuses on "Forms" known as "Poomse" in the Martial Art of Taekwondo. Poomse is simple and basic offensive and defensive movements performed in the air against imaginary opponents. Alot of people are familiar with "Tai Chi" training, "Poomse" is the Korean version of this training. Poomse can help the student control their breathing, help improve balance, coordination and strengthen the body and mind.
